All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours and dispatched the following business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. All orders are sent Express via DHL and takes 1-3 business days to deliver dependent on your location.
DHL usually operates between 9am – 6 pm on business days. You can specify an alternative daytime delivery address when ordering, we recommend you to select your work address.
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so that you can trace your order.
If, upon receiving the items, you are not completely satisfied with your products you are welcome to exchange within 14 days after delivery date.
Due to hygiene issues associated with underwear we do not normally accept returns for change of mind.If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase online, we are happy to discuss the details further in regards to exchange, refund or credit note, providing the item is unworn and in original condition. In this case, contact us via email at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
For exchange, we recommend sending the product with a tracking number or suggest that you ask for a receipt of postage from the post office, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. If you have any other questions please email us and we will respond to your email straight away.
