We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped via UPS. Delivery time depends on the destination and takes from 2 to 4 working days within the European Union and 4 to 7 working days outside of European Union. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

Shipping cost for EU:

Orders below 100 euro - 10€
Orders from 100 euro - Free

Shipping cost outside of EU:

Order below 300€ - 35€
Orders from 300€ - Free

Made to order

Our production and delivery times vary depending on fabric availability. If the fabric is in stock, production is completed within one day and the product is shipped the following day. If the fabric is not in stock, production requires approximately 6-8 days.

Returns
Returns will be accepted within 7 working days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (Please note: Undergarments and made to order pieces are not eligible for return).

The buyer will stand for the shipping cost. Please be aware that shipping costs incurred during the initial purchase will be deducted from your refund amount.

While we are here to assist you to the best of our ability, please understand that we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are not picked up at a UPS Access Point. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
