Return & Exchanges

If, upon receiving the items, you are not completely satisfied with your products you are welcome to exchange within 14 days after delivery date.

Due to hygiene issues associated with underwear we do not normally accept returns for change of mind.If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase online, we are happy to discuss the details further in regards to exchange, refund or credit note, providing the item is unworn and in original condition. In this case, contact us via email at within 14 days of receiving your order.

For exchange, we recommend sending the product with a tracking number or suggest that you ask for a receipt of postage from the post office, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. If you have any other questions please email us and we will respond to your email straight away.
